The story of 5th Street & Fries begins in 2018 when Pasha Khosravani, a residential real estate agent at the time helped Sean Silverman purchase a home in Mesa.
The two would discuss the lack of good food in the valley and the decline of customer service in the food industry and thought they could do better. Over the course of the next few years, Sean and Pasha would brainstorm various restaurant and business ideas. Then, during the pandemic, the pair decided to try out their burger concept at a local Ghost Kitchen, where they would share space with other restaurants in a delivery-only setup. 5th street burger quickly became popular and the two began shopping local real-estate to
Find their perfect location for their first brick and mortar location in Tempe, which they opened in May 2021. Now, with the success of the first store, Pasha & Sean are looking to expand throughout the valley. Stay tuned!
